First, the good news: WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD THIS SUMMER!!! I am so psyched! (Can't you tell?)
It makes me feel like dancin'... c'mon, sing along now!
But alas! There is also BAD NEWS. And it is ALL MY FAULT.
I have spent just about the ENTIRE WEEKEND thinking about this vacation. Do we want to stay at the resort where there are LIONS IN THE BACK YARD OH GOD! or Jetson Palace? (Okay, so it isn't really called that, but THE MONORAIL GOES THROUGH THE FRIKKIN HOTEL!)
What rides are fun classics? which have fastpasses? what food places will we like best? which offer the best value if you're on the meal plan? if you're paying out-of-pocket? multiple-day ticket, or annual pass? how many days at which park?
And on and on...
I did finish getting research papers graded - wuhu! - but I haven't (yet) uploaded pages for the yearbook.
Bad Clix, Bad! Very Bad Clix! (I'll go have the Hunk smack my piddies after I post this.)
But I just CAN'T FOCUS. You have NO idea how hard it was for me to sit down and grade papers when every fifteen minutes or so, my brain goes
We're gonna go a Ninny Whirl!
Doo-dah! Doo-dah!
We're gonna go a Ninny Whirl!
Oh, doo-dah day.
... wait for it...
Oh, doo-dah DAAAY!
Oh, doo-dah day!
We're gonna go a Ninny Whirl!
Oh, doo-dah day!
Mostly it just distracts me for a little bit. But there's times when it requires skipping around the house, singing at the top of my lungs. And then giggling.
But now I'm off to go proofread those yearbook pages. I doubt I'll get them all uploaded tonight, so I'll have to burn them to CD and FedEx them tomorrow. (They're proofs, so I need to send them all together.)
Ta!

Have fun with the yearbook pages. I have 44 left to go and then I'm through. Until next year.
I love the sports theme park and anything with a bar in it. You'll want to be near the bar. Trust.
Why? Are there students?
I know you will have fun in Disney World! We really enjoyed ti with or without our children all the times we went. Now you have me wanting to go back!
Seriously! Today will be stressful, but I don't see how I can be in a bad mood. XD
Yes, there are students. They may not be YOURS, but they are THERE. They will press themselves up against you and use poor grammar, and you will get the shivers. But so long as there is a bar, you'll be golden.
