I'd forgotten how much I absolutely LOVE smoked salmon as a sandwich meat. I don't even have any leafys for the sandwich and I didn't make any bacon, but just meat-mayo-capers on bread was YUM!

Edit to add: Oh. That's why I love it so much... it's like half FAT.
