So the students are supposed to be doing their self-selected reading. "Reading, NOT talking" is my mantra. And the substitute for my cooperating teacher is chatting with a parapro.
Fortunately they're being quiet, but... this drives me NUTS. And I'm not sure what to do about it. Oh well. I'm gonna go back to MY book.
